Medical Physical

A D.O.T. Department of Transportation Medical Examiner's Certificate from a licensed medical provider.

In-Person Orientation

After submitting your application, you'll be scheduled for an orientation where you'll complete a drug test and receive union information.

Membership Fees

Cash, Money Order, or Cashier's Check payable to ILA Local 1408. Due at orientation.
